Terms & Conditions

By booking and receiving services from You First Therapeutic Massage LLC, you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Health Disclosure

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to the session. This includes but is not limited to: recent surgeries, chronic pain, allergies, current medications, and pregnancy.

You First Therapeutic Massage reserves the right to refuse treatment if massage is contraindicated or if proper disclosure is not provided.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for communicating during the massage session about comfort, pressure, or any discomfort. Adjustments can and should be made during the session.

3. Aftercare & Outcomes

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. While therapeutic massage can promote general wellness, relaxation, and recovery, You First Therapeutic Massage is not responsible for any after-effects experienced following a massage session, including but not limited to soreness, bruising, or delayed onset muscle discomfort.

If you have concerns after a session, consult a licensed healthcare provider.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time without a reduced fee.

5. Professional Boundaries

Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session, and future services may be denied. This includes disrespectful, suggestive, or aggressive behavior.

6. Consent to Treatment

By receiving a massage, the client affirms they have voluntarily elected to receive massage therapy and that they understand the nature of the treatment. Clients consent to therapeutic touch and acknowledge they have the right to withdraw consent at any time during the session.
